In this journal we explore how Catharsis can also play a vital role in improving productivity and mental clarity. By processing emotions effectively, we create space for intentional focus—a principle that aligns with the craft we are building, and also empowers us to organize our tasks and live with purpose."

There will be some moments in life that you will never forget. They can cause you to experience an emotional alchemy involving a powerful rage, fury, and an intense passion. This uproar you experience will start to translate into an open expression of strong repressed emotions allowing you some psychological relief.

The self-directing transformative power of this state then leads to purging negative emotions into positive and constructive ones ultimately leading to a state of tranquility that clears the way for a renewed sense of purpose resulting in bottomless serotonin!

The onset of catharsis could spark from an event of defeat, deceit or disappointment which turned your expectations upside down. Now this could be very personal and cannot be straitjacketed to only one specific life moment and I will leave it for you to witness and experience.

But I am certain there will be an evolving layer that will unveil self-reflection, mindfulness, and intentional efforts to shift one's perspective and emotional state.

Catharsis is also rooted in ancient philosophy, where it was used to describe the emotional release and purification that individuals could experience through certain forms of artistic endeavours. This is sometimes considered a therapeutic or purifying experience that allows humans to express and work through their emotions, leading to a sense of renewal.

Having said that… right now… you may be the only one feeling this. Others may find it bizarre and may not fully understand the eccentric state of yours and that’s okay. THAT.. IS….. OKAY!!

In this realm, an important question arises: What do I do with all of this radiant energy? The real power of this state lies in its vitality when deployed into the right ideas or decisions can catapult you to a stage or chapter of life you have always wanted to be at. Interestingly, its quite urging to say:

“Don’t be an idea thinker, be the… idea shipper!”
